IfYoureReadingThis.org is one of many great resources available to Wake Forest students. Below we’ve provided a brief description of a few of these resources, as well as how to access them. While this list is not exhaustive, we hope it is helpful.

UNIVERSITY COUNSELING CENTER

The University Counseling Center provides clinical services such as group and individual counseling, as well as referrals, to Wake Forest students.

UNIVERSITY SAFE OFFICE

The University Safe Office provides confidential crisis response and on-going support services to students for concerns related to interpersonal violence (including sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and stalking). They also serve as a liaison to resources, offer educational programming, and provide confidential consultations for concerned students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Thrive

Wake Forest created Thrive in 2014 to give students the skills, knowledge, and perspective to maintain a healthy, balanced life. Thrive provides well-being coaching and counseling services on stress management, and self care for students. You can book a couching session online by selecting “Schedule a Drop In Session.”

Safe Office Crew

The Safe Office Crew provides educational programs and resources regarding sexual assault and other forms of interpersonal violence for Wake Forest students. All SOCs members are required to receive Certified Peer Educator training.
