The Wellness Exchange is NYU's premier mental health resource. You can schedule an appointment or set up a same-day Urgent Counseling session to discuss any daily challenges or health concerns with a certified counselor.

New York Behavioral Health

New York Behavioral Health online therapy provides an accessible and flexible mode of therapy that is better suited to people’s varying schedules with the same efficacy as in-person therapy.

NYU Langone

NYU Langone offers in-person psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy as well as groundbreaking trials in the treatment of anxiety disorders in order to improve mental health and quality of life.

Safe Horizon

Safe Horizon offers sexual assault survivor support in NYC. They empower victims of sexual assault with safety and support in over 150 languages, as well as assist with New York State Crime Victims Board application processes.
