IfYoureReadingThis.org is one of many great resources available to University of Southern California students. Below we’ve provided a brief description of a few of these resources, as well as how to access them. While this list is not exhaustive, we hope it is helpful.
USC Counseling and Mental Health
CMH is USC’s office for counseling and mental health services. They offer one-off sessions, individual therapy, psychiatric assistance, as well as group therapy and other mental health-related workshops.

USC Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention
RSVP is USC’s 24/7 office that offers assistance related to relationship and sexual violence prevention. They provide counseling as well as advocate services for people experiencing gender and power-based harm.

Trojans Care 4 Trojans
Trojans Care 4 Trojans operates within the Office of Campus Wellbeing and Crisis Intervention. It is a way to privately and anonymously submit someone’s name who may be struggling and in need of further support.

The Haven at College
The Haven at College provides another level of assistance than you may be able to get at USC. They have Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for mental health and substance use help as well as a sober living environment exclusive to college students.

LA LGBT Center
The Center’s nearly 800 employees provide services for more queer and trans people than any other organization in the world— offering programs, services, and global advocacy that span four broad categories: Health, Social Services and Housing, Culture and Education, and Leadership and Advocacy.
