If you’re reading this, know that you’re stronger than you realize.

Going through tough times can make everything feel small, lonely, and overwhelming. It might leave you feeling confused, drained, or like you’re carrying a burden that no one else understands. But even in your darkest hours, remember, you are not by yourself.

Your struggles don’t define who you are; they help shape you. Each challenge you encounter shows your strength, bravery, and your ability to keep pushing forward, even when the future seems unclear. It’s perfectly fine to feel worn out. It’s okay to reach out for support. And it’s alright to take things slowly, one step at a time.

There are people who care about you. People who will listen and support you through the hard times, reminding you that you are important, loved, and never truly alone.

If you’re reading this, hang in there. Better days are coming, and you don’t have to go through this by yourself.
