If you’re reading this, we are here for you. 

The semester will get easier as it goes on, with time.

Things can feel heavy this time of year.

It's getting colder, school work is picking up, and housing applications are on the horizon.

But everything will be okay.

Everything will fall into place.

Here’s a loving reminder:

This too shall pass.

It’s okay to hurt, it’s okay to be upset.

It will be light again.

It will be warm again.

Winter will eventually turn to spring.

This is everyone’s first time living life, try to give yourself some grace.

College doesn't need to be the best four years of your life.

You don't need to have it all figured out right now.

This doesn't have to be your peak.

Better things are coming.

What is meant for you won't pass you by.

That doesn’t mean things will happen when you want it to.

Sometimes what we want is not what we actually need.

How could we appreciate the good times without the bad?

Everything is going to be okay.

You are so much more than you could ever imagine.

If you’re reading this,

You are loved.

You are enough.

You are appreciated.

You are strong.

You are powerful.

You are resilient.

You are kind.

You are deserving.
